Gonna look great in photos @Jordonf9 , congrats on the engagement AND shirr

Is this detail in cuff link area only on the Work Shirt or did it not make the final cut at all? I was really looking forward to it
-
That bias tape is not present on the western. It's just like a normal IH western UHF.

All UHF work shirts have that taping. UHF westerns don’t. It has to do with garment engineering I think.
The button holes on work shirts either weaken the fabric to a degree that requires reinforcement, or the snaps on the western tolerate a folded hem, providing strength for the snaps. I’m not sure which.
The heavy denim CPO’s have taping too.. probably due to the weight of the fabric and/or size of the snaps.

Arrived today! Incredibly stoked on the fit (L) and fabric.

When I got my shirt, I washed it on the delicate cycle at 30 deg. Here are the results of washing and then wearing it. Size is Medium. Note that the sleeve shortens when worn due to creasing.
New –> Wash --> Worn
Length: 74.0 --> 72.25 --> 72.25
Sleeve: 66.0 --> 65.50 --> 64.75
Shoulder: 43.5 --> 43.50 --> 43.50
P2P: 54.0 --> 53.00 --> 54.00
Waist: 51.0 --> 50.50 --> 51.00
Opening: 52.0 --> 51.00 --> 52.00 -
For some weird reason only a lot of L’s are left. Everything else is gone. It took a few hours, but I get the impression there were a lot of them.
We made a mistake. We decided to model our order bell curve on what size/quantities we had sold in total historically, prior to this we did it on what we had sold through the website. We felt that a larger sample would give us a better-predicted demand curve. What we forgot is that most of our retailers do not take the outlying sizes, so the bell curve was far too steep, hence the plethora of larges left.
We are reverting to the old way of doing it and adding extra XXXL and XXXXL…..
For me I normally would have ordered a L but based on sizing in the P2P when to XL. Loving this UHF!

This is a mistake that will probably get me killed when my wife gets home.

@mclaincausey If it’s any consolation, my wife loves this shirt and said she was glad I added some more color to my wardrobe. ️ Good luck!

hehe thanks @SKT ; wifey is generally tolerant of these things. She loves all my IH stuff and was cool about the IHSH-277 But I do expect a bit of static, and I know it will be worth it. You're right that this one with its novel colorway is easier to justify.
