We've bought a boat.
The survey was on the whole brilliant. A Couple of lights don't work, but could just be as basic as a dead light bulb or a blown fuse.
More concerning (which just means we'll need to throw some money at it), is that the copper-coated bottom is blistering slightly, probably because some mistakes were made in its application.
I could probably have negotiated the vendor down a bit, but we paid £40K under the initial asking price, think we have a steal (2 sets of people want to buy it off us already
), and I want to stay friends with him, so I did not bother.
