There's no Such Thing as a Stupid Question

That was one of my fave jackets of all time. The only one I could get was at least a size too small, but I loved it nonetheless. I eventually I realised it was miles small so I auctioned it off….

@Giles Apart from this book called Weaving: Conversion of yarn to fabric, which other books would you suggest to someone who wants to understand all that goes behind a pair of jeans?

Why is it that when I receive a new pair of jeans in a denim that I haven't owned before, they become my favourite? Then three weeks later, I rotate to one of my other pairs that I have had for a while and I think, "Why haven't I been wearing these, these are fantastic?"
Do I have the addiction yet?

It's funny you brought up buying an extra pair. I bought a pair of Beatle Busters because they were going extinct. I had my first pair for only a couple of months.
I know there are at least 6 or 7 pair in the closet, it really depends if it's my wife asking or someone else.
I can't sneak the blue bag in the house anymore. She is on me like a hawk as soon as she hears the plastic being ripped open.

Wait till you buy a back-up pair of your favorite(s) for fear it will be extinct for when the pair you are wearing has bit the dust… ???
UHR…and buying the contest denim-move along, nothing to see here.
do you mean 6 or 7 pair of BB's?? The man knows what he likes. -
@steelworker I just got my hands on a pair of lightly used UHR (I got into the IH game after they were pretty much extinct) and I have to say they are fast becoming my favorite IH denim and definitely worthy of a "closet second pair".

Tapatalk doesn't support the tagging feature.
Because, as Giles said, it's crap…

@Giles Has the suggestion of a drawstring bag (either free or at a nominal price) been made earlier?
Since I don't feel good about tagging you each time I have a question, is there a common group or handle I can use which will notify a set of people (like the Mods) to answer the question?
Slack (a popular office collaboration tool) also has this option where you can tag people in a particular group using @all, @channel, et cetera?
For example, something like @Mods - Is this a good question?
-
I read every post anyway, so no need to tag me. I have turned notifications off, so I don't get a notification anyway .
We used to do a drawstring bag, Rocket has one, but I lost interest in them because even at the lowest price I could do, they weren't really a nominal price…..

^^^We (Mods) do a pretty good job of watching the board, so we see many (Not ALL, though) threads. This thread in particular, is one of which that gets watched fairly closely, because it is Q&A. If there is something being asked to a particular person, or that desires a response from a particular person, feel free to @ them. Aside from that, it's generally a free-for-all (First come, first serve), with whoever has a sufficient/correct answer first.](http://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?action=profile;u=1)
