Remembering the Kanrekishirt-Desaster I wouldn't do a special western or workshort, but I'm all in for a mug, pin and T-Shirt. 

We've sold well over 100 of them, that's not my definition of a disaster….Yes, they sold slow, but they sold.....

We're  also thinking of a special edition flannel (much like the Kanreki Shirt), oodles of discounts for our fave forum members….

I think this would be very special, particularly given Haraki's genius at developing flannel patterns. Past forum tees I've owned or seen have had red and black or indigo and white, it might be cool to incorporate those colors as a reference.

I actually meant special edition flannel shirt, we probably don't have time to get the fabric designed and woven in time to get the shirts done in time.  I've asked him to see what he can conjure up out of the backrooms of some of the mills we work with
