IHTL-1501 - Extra Heavy Cotton Knit Crew Neck Sweater

Any chance of a restock on the black XL @Giles ?

That’s gonna leave a welt.

Sent my IHTL-1501 white to get dipped in indigo, the results are more than impressive IMO. Instead of worrying about keeping it white, I can now wear it hard all winter:

Is this fabric the same as the 1600 tee, effectively making this a long sleeved version?
It looks identical in some pictures.

Yes! Yes it is.

I purchased this amazing shirt from the forum.
I am typically an xl in IH shirting, and the XL in this fits me perfectly. (I'm 5'11" and 185 lb)
Highlights:
1. the fabric has a perfect balance of softness and firmness/strength. it is actually a little difficult to put on as it doesn't simply stretch over your head like a normal sweatshirt would2. The forearms are a perfect snug fit without being too tight (i don't have Popeye forearms by any means), thus allowing you to layer without bulk. you can slide the cuffs up the arms, but it takes a little work
3. the crew neck is an ideal small diameter so if you wear an undershirt, you won't have to worry about lining it up with the neck of this for a proper visual.
4. the fabric weight could make this a 3.5 or 4 season shirt (all but the hottest months).
now i need the SS version.
@neph93 do you own one that you have pics of?

Thinking of getting an IHTL1501 in black and was wondering about sizing. I almost always am a medium in T-shirt’s/long sleeved tee shirts. In some stores I find myself now in a small following some weight loss (all saints though so I’m thinking that might be vanity sizing). Anyway, I would probably wear it as a Tee rather than layering anything under it. I’ve looked at the measurements and there doesn’t seem like there would be much in it between the M and L, but you guys are the experts so I throw myself on your wise advice….
